Energizing Exercises for over 60's



Complete course of 33 exercises in just 20 minutes in standing mode. 
These exercises were basically designed by Paramhans Yoganandji of Self-Realization Fellowship, Southern California, USA.
By the grace of my elderly friend Shri J. P. Gupta, staunch follower of Shri Yoganandji, I got the chance to read the rich literature, which, I trust, is essential for all senior citizens.

Shri B. R. Battaji, who is called as Masterji in our regular morning class, in the park at Indraprashtha Extension, Delhi – 92,  taught the same Energizing Exercises to all of us.  He is 84 and perfect in health and we wish him the same excellent health for another 16 years at least.  He practices the exercises every morning with us. 
These exercises are  essential to promote healthier lifestyles and provide a range of fun centered activities for each part of the body.  The main objectives are to reduce the possibility of the onset of illness and lessen the deterioration as well as improving general fitness and wellbeing.
